If you’ve ever had to pull together a project update for council, you’ll know the drill.
You’re chasing timelines from one team, budget numbers from another, and trying to piece together a clear story, usually under time pressure.
In Cedar Park, they’ve taken a different approach.
Join Assistant City Manager Beau Falgout for a look at how they’re tracking capital projects in one place, so updates are consistent, visible, and easier to share across teams, leadership, and the public.
In this session, you’ll see how they:
- Keep project status, budgets, and timelines in sync
- Cut down on manual reporting
- Stay aligned across departments
- Communicate progress more clearly to council and residents
Walk away with a practical sense of what this could look like for your own community.
