Sales Development Representative

Envisio is looking for a bright, creative and professional Sales Development Representative to join our team to help grow our sales pipeline. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for booking qualified meetings for the sales team through targeted outbound email and cold call campaigns and inbound lead development from webinars, conferences and other events. The role:

  • Contact prospective customers in the government and education sectors to introduce Envisio and book discovery meetings for our sales team
  • Follow up on inbound leads in order to qualify and develop leads into meetings
  • Respond to web chat inquiries
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and test new messaging ideas for outbound email campaigns
  • When needed, proactively find new contacts (via websites, LinkedIn and other tools) to add to our CRM system for outbound campaigns
  • Maintain up to date CRM records
  • Build software proof of concepts for our sales team

Content Marketing Manager

Envisio is looking for an experienced Content Manager to join our marketing team and help grow our sales pipeline and corporate brand.

The role:

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, your role will be to produce high quality content that drives traffic, engagement and leads for the top of our sales funnel. You will also play an integral role in building the Envisio brand as a mission-driven govtech company.

  3. Develop and execute a best practices backlink strategy to boost SEO;

Senior Account Executive

Envisio is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, with a proven track record, to join our sales team and drive new customer acquisition. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for building relationships with senior leaders of mid to large government and education agencies across North America. The role:

  • Ownership of the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to deal closing
  • Foster value-driven relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers

  • Deliver value-oriented software demonstrations for senior leadership teams
  • Collaborate with Envisio teammates to build and demonstrate proof of concepts
  • Initiate, negotiate and close new contracts with customers

Your skills and experience:

  • 7+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience selling enterprise software solutions to mid-market and large organizations in a B2B or B2G environment
  • Working knowledge of sales process and methodology – preferably Sandler Sales.
  • Ability to quickly develop knowledge of company products and market verticals including local government, special districts, non-profits, higher education and school districts
  • Ability to remain focused and flexible during rapid change
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and accurately forecasting revenue
  • Ability to concurrently manage multiple opportunities at various stages of the buying process

Marketing Operations Specialist

Envisio is looking for a highly organized, passionate Marketing Operations Specialist to ensure the smooth operations of our marketing team.

The role:

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will be the backbone of our team. Your role will be to ensure that we execute on all of our marketing initiatives efficiently, on-time and to a high standard. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of our various marketing channels and tactics, and working with leaders to analyze results and make improvements.

In this role, you will be involved in every aspect of sales and marketing, from campaign roll-out to events to database management.   3. Manage our list segmentations and campaigns in Salesforce and HubSpot
  4. Support all of our events, from webinars to tradeshows. This could include ordering exhibition equipment, running the operations of webinars, maintaining our events calendar, event logistics, etc.
  5. Build and maintain our landing pages for digital marketing campaigns and events
  6. Ensure the smooth integration of all of our marketing systems (including Salesforce, HubSpot, Unbounce and WordPress).
  7. Maintain our website with new content as it is generated, ensuring an optimal digital experience for visitors
  8. Monitor and assess the performance of all marketing activities and work with the VP Marketing and Director of Sales to recommend improvements where needed
  9. Set up and send our email campaigns
  10. Evaluate and roll out new marketing tools, as needed, to streamline operations

Your skills and experience:

  • At least 3 years of B2B technology marketing experience
  • Experience using Salesforce, Hubspot or similar sales and marketing automation tools

Customer Success Manager

Envisio is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to build deep relationships with customers and maximize the value they receive from Envisio. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal software adoption, customer delight and, ultimately, renewals.

The role:

Reporting to the Manager of Customer Success, your role will involve:

  • Life cycle management of assigned book of accounts
    • Proactively discover client needs and wants and define and implement solutions that maximize client adoption using the Envisio product suite
    • Identify risks to adoption for each customer and proactively mitigate those risks
    • Proactively manage and execute renewals to secure recurring revenue
    • Conduct and maintain record of quarterly business reviews to move customers along a continuous chain of value generation with Envisio products and campaigns
  • Customer advocacy
    • Seek and capture feedback in the form of surveys, reviews, referrals, testimonials, etc.
    • Liaise with Marketing to facilitate customer campaigns and creation of marketing collateral
    • Generate referrals from existing customers for the Sales team
    • Initiate, organize, lead and document in Salesforce customer contact during Envisio implementations
  • Domain expertise
    • Coach institutional customers along the chain of strategy and performance management
    • Deliver operational planning and performance management workshops
  • Providing ongoing frontline application support to customers, including:
    • Answering the Envisio support line
    • Addressing, resolving and documenting Zendesk tickets and escalating to Product & Development where appropriate
    • Monitoring and responding to all customer support email requests
    • Identifying software enhancements and bug requests for the Product & Development team

Your skills and experience:

  • A track record of delighting customers.
  • 3+ years experience in a CSM Role
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Strong empathy for customers 
  • Understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
