Neonila has over 15 years of experience in strategic planning and business transformation in the public and private sectors. For over a decade in local government, she led the visioning, development and execution of performance-driven policies, programs and priority initiatives in economic development, policy planning and digital transformation. Prior to that, Neonila consulted for government and business clients on projects in a variety of functional areas and sectors, such as technology, logistics, tourism, retail and equipment manufacturing. Neonila holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management of Information Systems. Out of work, she enjoys food, travel, sports, nature and a good conversation.
