She began as a researcher at the City of Boulder and helped found National Research Center more than 20 years ago. She brings deep knowledge of how research can intersect with governance to help communities thrive, and leads innovation at Polco.
Madison has 7+ years of supporting public sector organizations with strategic planning, performance management, and project management. Since joining Envisio in 2016, Madison has supported hundreds of public sector organizations through the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of technology to transform the way they manage stratategic panning and performance management. Madison is a graduate of Cornell University and holds an MBA in Strategy and Innovation from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Madison is also an avid triathlete, thrill seeker, and former Team Canada and NCAA Division 1 Athlete.
