March 24 | 11am PT / 2pm ET
What changes when leadership experience meets a different level of scale? What happens when big-city systems thinking encounters smaller teams, and tighter capacity?
This session explores one central question:
How do you right-size execution to match your organization — without overbuilding, under-delivering, or losing momentum?
On March 24, join city leaders from Sedro-Woolley, WA; Aurora, CO; and Welland, ON for a practical conversation about turning strategic plans into visible results at different-sized communities. With experience in some of the largest cities in North America, these leaders will share how they right-sized their approaches for smaller teams.
Our panelists represent communities with varying levels of staff experience and resources. What they have in common is a reputation for high performance, accountability, and transparency.
From staff alignment tactics to building data-driven cultures, Charlie, Lina and Leticia will share how they got there.
Join this webinar and get insight into:
- Right-sized strategy and performance management approaches that actually stick
- A candid look at change management when progress (and resistance) are highly visible
- Tools to improve team efficiency and maximize outcomes.
- Storytelling approaches that help staff and residents follow the work of the plan
- What governments of any size can learn from each other
This is a candid, educational conversation designed for city and county leaders, CAOs, strategy and performance teams, and public-sector innovators.
If you’re focused on execution — not just planning — this conversation is for you.
