George Schafer, Village of Lemont

George Schafer is currently serving as Village Administrator for Lemont, IL, a village with 17,000 residents, 85 full-time employees and a $20 million budget. George is responsible for administration of the affairs of the Village including: implementing strategic plan initiatives, enforcing ordinances, supervising all departments, administering support to all boards and commissions, and maintaining oversight of all purchases and salaries. George also represents the Village in union negotiations, serves as business manager for Village finances, public information officer duties, and is the primary liaison between board and management staff and outside agencies.

Kevin Knutson, Envisio Solutions

As VP of Customer Success, Kevin Knutson works with over 80 local government agencies to support their strategic planning and performance management success with Envisio. He is recognized as a national expert in local government management consulting and has more than 20 years of experience in local government, including strategic planning, budgeting, performance measurement and community relations. He has served as Interim City Manager and Assistant City Manager in Reno, Nevada, and as Budget and Strategic Planning Manager in Coral Springs, Florida.
