Kelly B. Corsette, Communications & Public Affairs Director, City of Scottsdale, AZ

Kelly has more than 20 years of experience in local government communications and has served with the City of Scottsdale since 2010. He oversees media relations, citizen and employee communications, web content and social media programs, government cable television and video production operations. Before entering municipal service, he served five years as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in video production from the University of Arizona, and a master’s degree in communications studies from Arizona State University.

Kevin Knutson, Envisio Solutions

Kevin has nearly 30 years of experience in local government and is recognized as a national expert in local government communications, strategic planning, performance management, and long-term financial planning. Prior to joining Envisio, he served as Regional Vice President for Management Partners, a local government consulting firm, overseeing more than 200 projects for 142 cities, counties, and districts. Kevin served as director of community relations in Reno, NV; and as director of communications and marketing for Coral Springs, FL. He has a bachelor’s degree in English and master’s in creative writing, both from Florida International University. Kevin was 3CMA’s 2011 Communicator of the Year.
