Kelly Houghteling, The League of Women in Government

Kelly is Deputy Town Administrator in Wellington, Colorado and serves as the President of The League of Women in Government, a group dedicated to moving the needle forward on the number of women serving in leadership positions in local government. She was awarded the Assistant Manager of the Year by CCCMA, she is an ELGL Top 100 influencer, and was named a BizWest 40 Under 40 recipient. Kelly holds an MPA from the University of Kansas.

Kirsten Wyatt, ELGL

Kirsten is Co-founder and Executive Director of ELGL, the Engaging Local Government Leaders network. She oversees the programming, communications, technology and finances for a 4,000+ member professional association for local government professionals with the goal of engaging the brightest minds in local government. Kirsten works on behalf of ELGL members to connect, communicate and educate about local government public service.

Melinda Coleman, City of Maplewood

The City of Maplewood’s City Manager since 2014, Melinda has more than 25 years of public administration experience in Oklahoma and Minnesota. She is actively involved in several professional organizations including the International City/County Managers Association, League of Minnesota Cities, Minnesota City/County Managers Association, and the Municipal Legislative Commission.

Neonila Lilova, Envisio Solutions

Neonila has over 15 years of experience in strategic planning and business transformation. For over a decade in local government, she led the visioning, development and execution of performance-driven policies, programs and priority initiatives in economic development, policy planning and digital transformation. Neonila holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management of Information Systems.
