One of my favorite use cases is summarizing projects within a strategic plan.
Picture this: The city managers and Council want updates on a project that has high visibility and community impact (for example, that pedestrian overpass construction project that’s at least a couple of years overdue). Managing multiple projects with moving parts is challenging enough as it is, let alone reporting and communicating complex levels of progress. The Insightful Executive Summary helps the project manager communicate the status and progress to their department head, who can consolidate this information into an overall summary of all projects within their department.
