Wydale Holmes, City of Tempe, AZ

Wydale is Director of the Innovation and Strategic Management Office at the City of Tempe. She has been employed with Tempe for over 20 years. Wydale provides facilitation and analysis in strategic management and partners with City departments to develop strategy and action plans, measure performance, and implement strategic plans. Wydale has earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Public Manager (CPM) designations and the ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management. She has specialized training in organizational performance consulting, mediation, grant writing, and public sector HR management. Wydale holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. Wydale has trained in the Techniques of Participation (ToPs) Facilitation and Strategic Planning Methodologies.

Mike Funk

Mike is currently serving as City Manager at the City of Minnetonka, Minnesota. Mike has more than 25 years of city administration experience working in urban, suburban, and rural communities. Before joining the City of Minnetonka, Mike served as the Assistant City Manager/HR Director for the City of Maplewood, MN and City Administrator for the communities of Minnetrista, MN; Olivia, MN; and Gibbon, NE.

Rob Hines

Rob Hines is a Senior Customer Success Manager with Envisio. He has many years of experience successfully managing client and stakeholder relationships, and he currently assists Envisio customers with implementation solutions, strategic execution and performance management. Rob values transparency, directness, honesty, diversity, respect, creativity and humor. Rob has a BSc in Agriculture. He also takes great pride in being strategic: “I plan my work and work my plan.”
