How long is the workshop?

Typically this is a 2-day workshop. Depending on the size of your organization, the number of people you want to receive one-to-one coaching, and any other special requirements, it can be extended to 3 days.

How much does the workshop cost?

Pricing depends on how many days of training you require, whether the workshop is online or in-person, the number of staff receiving one-to-one coaching and any other special requests. To get a customized quote, book some time to chat with one of our solutions specialists.

Is this workshop online or in person?

It can be either. We recommend conducting your workshop in person if possible. We find this helps to ensure high engagement of participants and maximizes one-on-one training time. Our performance management workshop activities are hands-on and best suited to in-person training.
