How long is the workshop?
Typically this is a 2-day workshop. Depending on the size of your organization, the number of people you want to receive one-to-one coaching, and any other special requirements, it can be extended to 3 days.
How much does the workshop cost?
Pricing depends on how many days of training you require, whether the workshop is online or in-person, the number of staff receiving one-to-one coaching and any other special requests. To get a customized quote, book some time to chat with one of our solutions specialists.
Is this workshop online or in person?
It can be either. We recommend conducting your workshop in person if possible. We find this helps to ensure high engagement of participants and maximizes one-on-one training time. Our performance management workshop activities are hands-on and best suited to in-person training.
Do I need to be an Envisio customer already?
No. You are welcome to book a performance management workshop with us whether you are an Envisio software customer, are thinking of becoming a customer, or have no plans to become a customer.
Who is the workshop for?
Do any of the following sound like your organization or team?
You have no departmental or organizational performance measures
You use metrics that are not connected to strategic priorities, annual work plans and/or
resource allocation decisions
You have too many, often transaction-based, performance indicators (more than 100 is probably too many)
You are a local government that publishes open data portals without internal performance data collection and analysis
You want to pursue benchmarking programs or performance management accreditation
If so, then our performance management workshop is perfect for you!
It’s designed for your executive team, department heads, senior managers and other specialized staff responsible for performance management at the organizational or departmental levels.
Sounds great! How do I get started?
The best place to start is to request a professional services consultation and we’ll be in touch shortly to discuss your unique organizational challenges and goals, answer any questions, and provide you with a tailored quote.
